New to jastip? Here's what buyers usually ask before their first order.
JastipPoint is a platform connecting Indonesian personal shoppers (jastip sellers) running trips abroad with buyers who want authentic items from Japan, Korea, and other destinations.
A seller opens a trip to a destination with an order deadline. You place your order before it closes, the seller buys your items during the trip, then ships everything to you once they're back.
Browse open trips, pick one that matches what you want, then contact the seller directly to place your order and confirm payment.
Every trip page has a Contact seller section with WhatsApp and email buttons — reach out directly to ask questions or place an order.
Always confirm order details and payment terms directly with the seller before paying, and stick to trips from known, active store listings.
Yes — tap "Become a Seller" anywhere on this page to learn about running your own jastip business on JastipPoint.
